Hermitage Brewing in Bottles
Hoptopia
You'll be in Utopia after you taste Hoptopia, a monster of an IPA brewed with double Malt, Double Hops with an ABV of 8%. It's so BIG, it took two Brewers to brew this Big, Bad Double IPA.
Maltopia
Scotch Ale, or a Wee Heavy. At 8% alcohol, this big, brown brew is surely to warm you under that kilt. Malty, and much more than a wee delicious.
Wheatopia
A double wheat ale. Don't let this one cloud your thoughts. It may be hard to see through, but the taste is complex, fruity and hoppy. You will be hoppy too after a sip of this 8% ABV ale.
Hermitage Ale of the Hermit
Wood Aged India Pale Ale (8% ABV)
Here is what brewer Peter Licht says about this brew: "There seems to be some confusion about what 'ale of the hermit' is. It is not that our brewer lives in a cave,... Let's just say that he doesn't get out much. Alone with his beer, his thoughts turn inward and backward. What about the way beer used to be made here in the new world? Old methods, old hop varieties, oak-aged, complex, challenging...."

Imperial IPA (8% ABV)
Craft brewed in small batches with tons of hops. This will make you silly with hOppiness, like the jester on the bottle. The hop types remain a secret, but wouldn't you expect that from a hermit?
Hermitage Ale of the 2 Tun
Imperial Stout (8% ABV)
Named for the large amount of hops in the recipe, this fat beer will make you jolly with each sip.
